We serve needs-based women through scholarships to WIN Summit, WIN Workshops, and community-specific programming for both professional and pre-professional women.

WIN, Women In Negotiation, is a premier female-focused negotiation skills development organization.
What began five years ago as an annual professional development summit centered around negotiation for women in academic partnership with Columbia University, has expanded to include on-site training, personal coaching, workshops, and our not-for-profit arm, WIN Together.
